Jillian J. Scheidegger

Jillian J. Scheidegger is a partner at Cafferty & Scheidegger, S.C. and has been with the firm since 2013. Her practice focuses exclusively on criminal defense and traffic matters, including the full range of citations defended by Wisconsin Ticket Specialists across Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth counties.

Jillian has represented hundreds of Wisconsin drivers on speeding, reckless-driving, CDL, suspended-license, open-container, and minor-in-possession cases. She regularly appears in municipal courts (Racine, Kenosha, Mount Pleasant, Pleasant Prairie, Burlington, Lake Geneva, Elkhorn) and each of the three County Circuit Courts in the firm's service area. It is important to Jillian that clients feel informed throughout the process and understand every step of the way.

In 2024 Jillian was selected as President-Elect of the Racine County Bar Association, a leadership role that follows her selection to Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Stars in each of the last five years (2021–2025). She is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Jillian was born and raised in Wisconsin and resides in Racine with her husband, Cole, and their two dogs. Outside the firm, she has served as a mock trial coach for St. Catherine's High School and as county counsel for Racine and Kenosha counties on voter protection work.
